VIP Membership Subscription & Cancellation Policy

TalesDraw offers an optional VIP Membership program that provides members with exclusive access to select digital artwork, special discounts, premium content, and member-only benefits.

Membership Term

The VIP Membership is offered as a recurring subscription billed monthly.

  • Membership Fee: $29.99 per month (or as displayed during checkout).

  • Membership begins on the date of purchase.

  • The maximum membership term is twelve (12) months.

  • At the end of the 12-month period, the membership automatically expires and will not renew unless the customer actively enrolls in a new membership term.

Billing Authorization

By purchasing a VIP Membership, you authorize TalesDraw to charge the payment method provided during checkout for the applicable monthly membership fee.

The billing descriptor appearing on your payment statement may appear as:

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing date.

To cancel, customers may:

  • Contact our support team at contact@talesdraw.com

  • Submit a cancellation request through their customer account (if available)

Cancellation requests received before the next billing cycle will prevent future charges.

After cancellation:

  • Membership benefits remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

  • No future recurring charges will be processed.

  • Previously paid membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Refund Policy

Because membership benefits and digital content become available immediately after purchase, monthly membership fees are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted if:

  • A duplicate payment was processed.

  • A billing error occurred.

  • Required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Digital Products

VIP Membership may provide access to digital products and downloadable artwork. All digital products are licensed for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

No physical products are shipped.

Account Termination

TalesDraw reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access if:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected.

  • The customer violates the Terms of Service.

  • Unauthorized distribution of digital content occurs.
